As a Settlements Officer you will be responsible for reviewing automotive loan documents prior to processing payments, working closely with dealers and lending officers to resolve issues and always providing a high-level of customer service.

**What you'll do**
- Reviewing and processing incoming loan contracts accurately
- Identifying inconsistencies with customer documentation and information provided
- Liaising with Business Managers regarding their queries
- Communicating issues with settlement documents to dealers
- General administration duties

**What you'll bring**
- Recently completed qualifications in Finance or alternatively, 1 year experience in a customer service role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment
- A motivation to learn
- Enjoy a fast-paced and diversified work environment
- Be readily adaptable to change and challenging problems
