An exciting opportunity to work at a Tropical Rainforest Retreat in beautiful Miami, QLD

**The Role**

Reporting to the Park Managers, this role involves delivering exceptional service to our guests - face to face and over the phone - as well as assisting with administrative and cleaning tasks.

**About you**

You will be friendly, enthusiastic and available to work one weekend per month plus random fortnightly shifts and holiday relief shifts.

You will bring to the role:

- Fantastic customer service;
- Professional and personable telephone manner;
- Experience with computerised booking systems and good computer skills;
- Experience handling cash and EFTPOS transactions;
- Flexible attitude to hours, including availability on weekends and at short notice.
- Ensure the cleaning is completed in a timely manner
- Ability to work in a team environment

ESSENTIAL:

- First Aid Level 2
- Current CPR
- National Police Check clearance upon onboarding
- Working with Children's Check NSW or equivalent

DESIRABLE:

- ** RMS 9+**(Online Reservation System) or similar guest reservation system would be highly regarded**but not necessary**:

- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role

**BelgraviaPRO pride ourselves on our strict qualification requirements for each and every employee**. We are willing to work with individuals who do not currently have their Blue Card and First Aid/CPR qualifications but are interested in working within our parks.

We are currently developing an incentive program that will see you gain your BlueCard and First Aid/ CPR qualifications in order to help secure your employment with BelgraviaPRO.
