As FOH Manager, you will oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth service, exceptional customer experience, and strong team leadership. You will work closely with ownership and the kitchen team to create a seamless dining experience that reflects our unique brand.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead and manage FOH staff, ensuring top-tier customer service.
- Train, mentor, and motivate the team to maintain high standards.
- Oversee reservations, table management, and customer flow.
- Handle customer feedback professionally to maintain our strong reputation.
- Work closely with the kitchen to coordinate service and pairings.
- Manage scheduling, staffing needs, and team morale.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist with marketing initiatives and customer engagement strategies.
- **Proven experience in FOH management**, preferably in a high-quality or Japanese cuisine setting.
- A strong leader who can motivate and guide a team effectively.
- Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
- Experience with reservation systems and basic business operations (POS, inventory, scheduling).
- Knowledge of Japanese cuisine and beverages is a plus.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
