**Responsibilities**:
**The Role**

Woodside require an Invoice Verification Analyst to support to GWS Australia leadership in Service Entry creation for Invoices received and management of Purchase Requisitions / Purchase Orders. This position is full time, Monday-Friday (standard metro hours) and is a 12-month contract role based in the Perth CBD.

Key responsibilities include (but aren’t limited to):

- Creation of Service Entries and assisting GWS where Service Entry assistance is required
- Sending ServiceNow Requests to Procurement and Accounts Payable
- Support for SAP in GWS; providing instructions to others as to how to create SE’s/PR’s/MSR’s and any SAP errors/SAP access in general.
- Support the responsible manager to ensure that invoices are paid in accordance with contracted terms and conditions and on time
- Collaboration with C&P/Accounts where SAP processes are not in alignment with changing processes.

Qualifications:
**Skills & Experience**

**Required Skills**:

- Intermediate to advanced MS Office
- Strong SAP skill set
- Understanding of Contracting and Procurement requirements
- Understanding of Purchase to Pay Process
- Experience of raising Purchase Requisitions in SAP
- Analysis skills to allow review of invoice claims against commitment pricing
- Effective prioritising skills

Qualifications:

- Certificate IV in Business Administration (Or Qualification by Experience)

**Experience**:

- Minimum 2-4 years invoicing and requisition/administrative support within a large organisation, oil and gas preferred
- At least 2 years of Time Sheet & Invoice Verification experience
- Minimum 2 years recent SAP experience
