**THE ROLE**

Due to continued growth, we now have the opportunity for a full-time Job Costing & Invoicing (JCI) Officer to join our Finance Team.

Reporting to the Financial Controller - Revenue & Treasury, and based in our CBD head office, this position will see you:

- Processing high volume of timesheet reconciliation
- Daily allocation of labour and equipment hours in client databases
- Invoicing and uploading onto client databases\
- Assisting in daily payment allocation base on remittance advice
- Liaison with clients and other business units to resolve reconciliation discrepancies, overtime preapproval and payment authorisation
- Processing budget estimates and AR invoices in Pronto
- Reviewing and analysing profit or loss on each job

**ABOUT YOU**

To be considered you will have the following:

- 1+ years’ experience working in Accounts Receivable/Job Costing, preferably within in the Mining sector
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with Pronto and TRACK Platform (Management Controls) would be advantageous
- A strong administrative and data entry skills
- A passion for analytics and numbers
- Developed organisational skills with the ability to manage conflicting deadlines
- A National Police Check
- Australian work rights
- Be able to attend a pre-employment medical
