Our client is looking for a PMO Analyst who will be responsible for supporting the wider project management space in maintaining the project method, facilitating governance, providing portfolio level tracking against targets, reporting on and updates on schedules, deliverables, dependencies, budgets, risks, issues and benefits.

**The Role**
- Provide support to program manager in the development, implementation and on-going maintenance of program governance structure and reporting
- Organise regular governance meetings with the relevant stakeholder, program manager, and project managers, and support program manager in developing agendas, and maintaining and updating associated minutes and actions
- Maintain and keep up to date project methods, governance, standards, documentation and templates
- Construct and maintain enterprise level program master schedule
- Provide assistance to program manager in designing and implementing program /project performance dashboard, especially with using Jira, Confluence and any other suitable project management solutions

**About You**
- 5 years’ experience working in an PMO environment in a similar role.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications.
- PMO and/or Project management certification across multiple project and portfolio delivery methods (PMI, Prince2, P3O, Agile etc.)
- High proficiency in use of project management, PPM tools and collaboration tools
- Previous experience as a member of multi-disciplinary team.
- Ability to multitask and deal with conflicting priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting with team members and various stakeholders
