This is a full time position, with a hybrid working model and parking on site as they are located just east of the Melbourne CBD. They have an excellent culture, great leadership, career opportunities and progression and plenty of benefits. This particular role has some great scope as you will not only be providing Level 2 support, but also working across projects and with other teams to identify the best solutions for their needs and implement them.

This will be ideal for someone who really enjoys solving problems, someone who is curious and wants to learn and find solutions for any issues that arise, and takes pride in the service they provide and is not afraid to go find the answer rather than sit and wait for it to come.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide thorough and rapid response to user Incidents and Requests whilst maintaining our exceptionally high level of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to processes, and deliver to defined SLAs
- Maintain detailed configuration, system, and technical specifications documentation
- Be part of solution presentations and familiarize yourself with business acceptance to solution designs
- Participate during build and solution walkthroughs with business stakeholders and IT architects
- Identify opportunities to improve the systems process flow, performance, and technical efficiencies
- Be able to support the business and recommend/provide solutions to the problems on hand
- Recommend approaches to optimize/tune systems performance
- Help our suppliers integrate to the product if required

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years Incident/Problem management experience (ITIL preferred)
- Experience supporting cloud based products/software
- Experience with database technologies and writing and executing SQL
- Previous experience as support analyst or similar role
- Sound understanding of the retail business would be ideal
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrate skill in communicating technical information to varying audiences
- Excellent time management skills with ability to use independent judgment effectively
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with clear communication
