About Me
Hi there I'm a 28-year-old woman living with a psychosocial disability in West Richmond. I'm looking for a friendly, reliable support worker to join my amazing team. I love swimming, going on community walks, watching movies, and I'm improving my physical fitness. I would love support with activities inclusive of attending medical appointments, medication assistance and encouraging a healthy, balanced lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily living tasks and personal care
- Help individuals achieve their goals and maximize their potential
- Implement individual support plans and development programs to support goal achievement
- Manage risk and ensure safety at all times
- Engage in person centred active support
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
The Shifts
This role offers a flexible, lifestyle-friendly roster with short shifts which is perfect for students or those with other commitments. Shifts will be offered as per below:
Monday to Friday- 3 hours in the morning from 8:00 am to 11:00 am and 2 hours in the evening from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Saturday and Sunday- 2.5 hours in the morning from 8:30 am to 11:00 am and 2 hours in the evening from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm
What You'll Need to Thrive in This Role
- NDIS Worker Screening & Working with Children Check
- Driver's Licence
- First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Certificate III in Individual Support (or relevant qualification)
About You
I'm looking for someone who's:
- Creative, positive, and patient
- Keen to help me live a healthy, active life
- Flexible and open to learning
Experience with behaviour support, trauma-informed care, or mental health (especially borderline personality disorder) is a plus , but not essential. If you're compassionate and eager to learn, I'd love to hear from you.
