**What You'll Do**:

- Develop and execute dynamic internal communications strategies that engage employees across multiple business units.
- Create compelling, tailored content that resonates at all levels of the organisation.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing expert guidance on communication strategies.
- Lead internal publications, company-wide updates, and digital engagement initiatives.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of communication efforts, continuously refining strategies for maximum impact.
- Collaborate closely with teams to embed our transformation narrative and bring our company values to life.

**What We're Looking For**:

- A proven track record in internal communications, particularly within a change/transformation environment.
- Exceptional storytelling and writing skills—able to translate complex information into engaging, people-focused messages.
- Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
- Experience managing communication across multiple platforms, including digital and social tools (e.g., SharePoint).
- A resilient, flexible mindset with a passion for driving engagement and cultural transformation.
