The Allianz Internal Communications team are currently seeking an Internal Communications Manager to support a six-month project, with significant commercial and people change components.

**About the role**
- You will play a significant role within a newly stood up project team, demonstrating creativity, versatility and significant experience in complex change environments
- Develop strategic and operational communication plans to engage employees in a major project.
- Provide communication advice to senior management that aligns with project vision and best practices.
- Execute communication plans to deliver consistent and meaningful messages across Allianz's internal channels.

**About you**
- Extensive experience in external and marketing communications roles.
- Strong research, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Advanced consulting and influencing skills for co-creating strategies with stakeholders.
- Proven expertise in digital marketing and strategic communications planning.
