HR Coordinator

**This is an autonomous role within our company and will suit a highly-motivated and future focused HR specialist with a background in Commercial / Industrial Manufacturing sectors.**

**We are looking for an experienced HR coordinator with solid IR knowledge to join our team (based in Brisbane). - You will be working with all internal divisions, workshop and on-site teams and assisting in all manner of HR projects. A self-motivated decision maker, confident in your abilities and able to assist where and when required.

Must have certified HR qualifications
Solid knowledge of IR and Fair work (legislation & policies)
Ideally you will have a background in construction / building / manufacturing sectors
Superior communication skills both written and verbal
Minimum of 5 year HR experience
Confident in streamlining current processes
Proven people skills
Strong computer skills
