**The Role**:

- Up to $90K Base Salary + S
- Hybrid work, CBD office and WFH

The Lifecycle Marketing Executive will join the CX team, working to define and execute customer engagement strategies.
- Build an audience segmentation framework
- Define KPI's and reporting and analysis processes
- Collaborate with wider marketing team to ensure calendar and campaigns align across the brand

**Required experience**:

- Knowledge with a customer journey platform, such as Klaviyo, Braze, SFMC etc
- Strong analytical skills
- A good problem solver who enjoys taking initiative
- Test and learn mindset, with proven experience in utilising data to inform decisions
