**About our Opportunity**

As our Receptionist you're an integral member of our Corinthian Acacia Ridge team, you will be the friendly professional first point of contact to visitors and incoming callers appropriately directing all enquiries along with engaging in other key administrative tasks including managing proof of deliveries and upload accordingly into the database. You'll also provide vital administrative support to the broader team and Administration Supervisor.

**About you**

You will need to have prior receptionist experience managing high volume of incoming calls along with admin experience, good people and relationship skills and willingness to contribute to a positive work environment, as essential to success in this role. Along with established time management skills in order to achieve proficiency and being able to manage the workload, priorities and meet deadlines and the ability to work in a fast paced and highly productive business.

**You will also have**:

- appropriate communication skills, both written and verbal
- confidence in utilising Microsoft Office suite
- experience refining and developing processes
- dependable, punctual and able to work Monday to Thursday 0730am - 4pm & Friday 0730am - 2pm
