**About the Role**

We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Casual Production Workers to join our team at our renowned Tatura manufacturing site.

You’ll help produce high-quality products like cream cheese, infant formula, and single-serve butter.

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, 24/7 manufacturing environment. You will be expected to work across a rotating roster, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Operate and monitor production equipment
- Perform changeovers and reduce downtime
- Maintain cleanliness and follow safety/quality standards
- Report safety or maintenance issues promptly
- Adhering to company safety and quality policies and procedures

**About You**
- Experience in food or dairy manufacturing (preferred, not essential)
- A positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a safety-first mindset
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Forklift or HR truck licence (a bonus)
- Flexibility for rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
