**About the role**
- The Customer Executive ACT role has the enviable position of partnering with large long term clients who are engaged and motivated to continue to realise value from Objective.
- We put our customers first and strive to exceed every expectation. Our goal is to deliver a truly #outstanding Customer experience that turns our customers into evangelists, and Objective customers for life
**What your day will look like**:
- Identify, develop, and progress business opportunities within ACT existing clients.
- Generate new business through networking, attending industry events, as well as referrals from existing clients
- Qualify and follow up new leads, contacting potential customers to establish rapport and arrange productive meetings
- Build strong professional working relationships with key stakeholders to act as a trusted advisor
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, supported by product demonstrations from our Pre-Sales team
- Plan and execute sales strategies that positively engage the customer and work within procurement practices through to commercial closure.
**To be successful in this role, you will need to**:
- Be a customer focused individual who can build lasting partnerships with Objective customers in the ACT.
- Think strategically and readily perceive the customer’s perspective to help formulate a winning outcome
- Present effectively, command attention, explain proposed solutions, and answer detailed questions from across the spectrum.
- Be successful and outcome-focused, with effective time and task management, and prioritisation skills.
- Experience in selling to government agencies/regulated industries.
