Omni employees have a key responsibility to support the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the General Managers and other Omni employees, to create a professional and productive working environment that is extended to our clients, customers, and stakeholders.

The Omni Graduate Program provides Omni with a talent pipeline for current and forecasted Omni Roles. The Omni Graduates will be placed within Omni Divisions and provided opportunities to develop their skills and experiences in Defence and Defence Industry. Omni Graduates will be required to undertake basic administrative and project management responsibilities as well as participate in facilitated learning and development opportunities.

This document articulates the expectations of the role. It is not exhaustive as it is expected that the employee will take on other duties as required of the role.

**DUTY PROFILE**

Omni Graduates are responsible for supporting Omni Divisions with the development, implementation and/or coordination of activities that support Omni’s overarching vision.

Omni Graduates are responsible to their Host General Manager through the appointed rotation manager supervisor.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Work collaboratively within a team, exchange information and assist other team members to achieve team objectives and work outcomes.
- Build relationships with colleagues and partners outside of Omni, share information, knowledge and skills, be empathetic to other areas of the business and understand their pressures and challenges.
- Recognise the importance of clients and ensure their satisfaction is always a top priority, recognise client needs and make sure commitments are kept. Respond to client feedback accordingly and address any issues raised.
- Be responsive to diverse experiences, perspectives, values and beliefs and listen to others’ individual viewpoints.
- Proactively seek opportunities to learn and be open to feedback of others in order to develop skills.
- Participate in training and development opportunities facilitated by the Talent Development team and the Omni Entry Level Program which will be identified in the Graduate Development Plan.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND TECHNICAL SKILLS**

**Essential Qualifications**
- Obtain and maintain a minimum of an Australian Government Baseline Security Clearance
- Relevant undergraduate degree qualification completed within the previous 18 months
