About the Role:
We are looking for a confident and experience Team Leader - Allied Health with strong leadership qualities to join our team.
The roles will include managing a multi disciplinary team of Allied Health professionals who provide assessments and interventions to children, youth and their families with a wide range of developmental conditions and special needs including autism. The position also allows for flexibility and independence in your work arrangements and workload.
You will also be involved in the recruitment of new therapists, implementing new procedures and processes, managing the day to day functioning of the allied health department and focused on maintaining a high level of service while also supporting business growth.
The role will also allow you to have a small clinical caseload in your discipline to maintain your clinical skills in the field.
About You:
- Degree in Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Psychologist or Equivalent
- Previous experience working with people with disabilities and/or clients with complex needs
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients their families and staff
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Current Police Check
- Current WWCC or willing to obtain one
- Exceptional time management skills
- Knowledge of the NDIS system and process (preferred but not essential)
- Being able to lead a team that is constantly growing

**Salary**: $105,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
