The role involves delivering high-quality home care services that promote independence and wellbeing. We are seeking a Cert III qualified individual with at least 6 months experience in a similar role to join our team in providing exceptional support and assistance to clients.
Key Responsibilities- Personal Care Services: Provide general housekeeping and personal care services for aged care clients, including meal preparation, grocery shopping, and laundry assistance.
- Daily Activities Support: Assist clients with daily activities such as getting out of bed, showered, and dressed, as well as assisting with mobility and therapy goals.
- Social and Emotional Support: Offer social and emotional support to clients and their families, fostering strong relationships and a sense of belonging.
- Certification: Certificate III or above in Aged Care or Individual Support or Disability.
- Experience: At least 6 months experience in a similar role, with experience in personal care, manual handling, hoist training, and medications.
- Licence: A valid Australian Driver's Licence and own insured, roadworthy vehicle.
