Digital Solution Portfolio Manager

Our Connected Technology Group (CTG) defines and drives the digital, data and technology strategy for KPMG. We have an important advocacy role for technology in the market and across KPMG, working with our technology leaders to build our market presence. We cultivate collaboration and integrate tech execution across our business, driving a firmwide approach to how we go-to-market and build the capability of our people and attract new talent.

We're looking for an innovative and experienced Digital Solution Portfolio Manager to join our team, a professional who is adept at balancing technical project delivery with strategic portfolio management. This role requires a visionary leader dedicated to implementing solutions that not only meet today's demands but also anticipate the future needs of our dynamic firm.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead Project Management & Governance processes to align with organisational goals.
- Engage key Stakeholders at every project phase, ensuring alignment and understanding.
- Drive Digital FTE initiatives and implement AI Automation to enhance efficiency.
- Develop Bespoke Systems tailored to meet specific organisational needs.
- Deliver exceptional Service Management, fostering strong customer relationships.
- Provide Advisory & Consulting services to support and improve project outcomes.
- Ensure timely and successful Project Delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.
- Prepare and present comprehensive Management Reporting for transparent communication.
- Navigate Product Management and steer product lifecycle development with expertise.
- Excel in Program and Portfolio Management, aligning multiple initiatives cohesively.
- Command Financial Management duties with precision and strategic insight.

**Qualifications**:
**Your Experience**
- Extensive senior management experience in both business and technical project delivery, alongside portfolio management.
- Expertise in technology from both a product and solution standpoint, ensuring project fit and purpose for the organisation.
- Strong responsibility for delivering projects that adhere to time, budget, and quality constraints in accordance with scope and plan.
- Accountability in providing efficient single-point-of-contact escalation support across the portfolio.
- Proficiency in creating roadmaps for multiple programs, addressing ideas, demand, risk, and all business requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, enabling strategic decision-making regarding portfolio management.
- Foundational skills in planning, prioritising, implementing, and monitoring projects.
- Administrative prowess in project, risk, and financial management.
- Visual skills for effective digital communication and presentation.
- Multi-layer stakeholder engagement capabilities, ensuring cadence, efficiency, and governance from executive to developer levels.
- Articulate communication skills, summarising the "what," the "so what," and the "what next" succinctly.
