Your Opportunity for Growth

You'll be directly guided by our highly experienced Creative Director, whose expertise spans a broad spectrum of digital design. Her portfolio showcases a strong emphasis on strategic design, brand identity, and user-centric experiences for major clients. Working with her means you'll have a unique opportunity to refine your skills under the guidance of a professional known for her innovative approach and her ability to translate complex ideas into elegant, effective designs. Her focus on both the aesthetic and the strategic elements of design will provide invaluable mentorship, helping you grow as a designer and make a significant contribution to the success of our projects.

Who We're Looking For

You're a talented designer with 2-3 years of relevant experience and a strong portfolio to show for it. You have a deep understanding of user-centred design and are an expert in tools like Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite. You're comfortable creating and maintaining design systems, building interactive prototypes, and collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams. More than anything, you have a passion for creating designs that are not only visually compelling but also intuitive and accessible.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Collaborating with our team in Figma to develop creative concepts for a variety of digital assets, including websites, paid and unpaid social media campaigns, EDMs, and print materials.
  • Designing engaging and user-friendly interfaces that align with client goals.
  • Helping to build and maintain our design systems and style guides to ensure consistency.
  • Staying ahead of the curve with the latest design trends and technologies.
