**The Role**
- Provide a senior role in Medical Oncology and related services at the Royal Hobart Hospital (RHH).
- Provide inpatient and outpatient care to public and private patients of RHH in all aspects of Medical Oncology, including the RHH Medical Oncology outpatient clinic.
- Increase the RHH clinical services in Medical Oncology as required by the Head of Department.
- Be involved in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, and to be actively involved in research.
- Undertake quality improvement activities.

**Salary**
- Medical Practitioners (Public Sector) Award_

A remuneration package comprising the Agreement base salary, relevant allowances and other entitlements will be negotiated with the successful applicant dependent on clinical experience and seniority.

Base salary points range for Specialist Medical Practitioner Level 1 at $210,000 through to Specialist Medical Practitioner Level 11 at $288,000 with further salary increments available.

In addition, the following allowances calculated on the salaried incremental point may be available:

- Allowance in lieu of motor vehicle currently set at $28,389 pro rata per annum, paid fortnightly (with CPI indexation on 1 July each year).
- Continuing Professional Development Allowance of $16,480 pro rata per annum.
- Relocation allowance.
- On call allowance % of Base Salary.
- All other allowances as per current Award.

- You will have access to salary package a range of benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year + other benefits if eligible.
- You will also have access to accommodation and relocation costs.
