Investment Analyst/Senior Investment Analyst - Private Debt and Real Estate Credit

Company Overview: We are a leading investment firm specializing in private debt and real estate credit investments. With a solid track record and a strong commitment to delivering superior returns to our clients, we are seeking a talented and experienced Investment Analyst/Senior Investment Analyst to join our team. **Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive analysis of private debt and real estate credit investment opportunities, including financial modeling, valuation, and risk assessment.
- Perform due diligence on potential investments, including industry research, company analysis, and evaluation of relevant market trends.
- Prepare investment memos and presentations to support investment recommendations and communicate findings to the investment team and senior management.
- Monitor and track existing investments, assessing performance, identifying potential risks, and recommending appropriate actions.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments that may impact investment strategies.
- Collaborate with portfolio managers, research teams, and other stakeholders to ensure investment decisions align with the firm's objectives.
- Continuously improve investment processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, CFA) is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis, financial modeling, and valuation techniques.
- Demonstrated experience in conducting due diligence and evaluating investment opportunities.
- Proficiency in using financial research databases, such as Bloomberg, FactSet, or similar tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed investment recommendations.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively present investment findings and recommendations.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
