**About the role at Mamamia**

Mamamia, Australia's largest independent podcast network is looking for a Podcast Producer. You'll be responsible for the production of daily, weekly or seasonal shows. This includes recording, editing, and distribution of the episodes. You will write scripts, conduct guest research and monitor the performance of your show while working closely with the hosts to deliver an exceptional, award winning product.

**About the role**:

- Pitch story ideas for segments and episodes based on research and knowledge of what resonates with our audience. Distribute shows across relevant platforms
- Produce, edit and distribute a minimum of two to three shows each week depending on episodic frequency
- Source and book guests who have relevant expertise in the episode topic area
- Liaise with relevant commercial teams to ensure client campaign objectives are delivered to deadline
- Work with the audience development team to remain across audience insights and show performance

**About you**:

- Minimum two years experience in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong audio editing skills
- Strong analytical skills and ability to adapt a measured approach in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well independently and in a team
- Ability to research, find and book guests for both short and long-term projects

**Seniority**

**Mid Level** - A role for someone with some well-developed knowledge and skills they can bring to the role and team. Typically within 2-5 years of experience.

- Campaign Support - Support campaigns through various activities, including brainstorming, copywriting, partner or vendor liaison, and campaign execution
- Copywriting and Content Creation - Write compelling content in line with the brand’s voice to achieve key goals, including awareness, ranking, and conversion
