Recruiter role | Retail and Manufacturing company | 3 months | South-Western Sydney | $50-60ph + Super

**Your new company**

Your new company is a renowned Retail and Manufacturing company located in the South-Western suburbs of Sydney.

You will be working within a collaborative and fun HR team of 6.

**Your new role**

Your role will be assisting the Talent Acquisition Business Partner conducting high-volume recruitment.

You will be managing the end to end Recruitment for the Manufacturing and Retail portfolios, including:

- conducting interviews, including group interviews
- drafting contracts and onboarding new starters

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Relevant experience in a similar role conducting high-volume end to end Recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work within tight deadlines.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
