Recruitment Advisor - Public Sector - Hybrid/ Sydney Olympic Park - $87.5k-$96.5k pro rata - 4 months FTC

**Your new role**
As a Recruiter Advisor you will deliver end-to-end recruitment, including onboarding. You will also provide advice to key stakeholders in relation to recruitment activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Resolve complex queries and provide advice to managers on recruitment and selection processes.
- Assist managers in identifying, designing, and developing talent strategies and including selection and assessments ensuring compliance with policies, practices and guidelines.
- Coordinate and manage records and databases for the team
- Contribute to the implementation of HR projects

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience of recruitment and selection in a relevant position in a large complex organisation
- Understanding of recruitment processes and procedures
- Sound working knowledge of fundamental recruitment legislation and best practice
- Proven working experience and skills with HR Systems and Recruitment management systems
