**Team and Role Overview**
The People, Property and Security team is responsible for supporting the strategic direction of Comcare and enabling the organisation to respond effectively to current and future business needs, through strategic and effective frameworks, advice, and processes. The team is comprised of the following sections: Recruitment, HR Operations and Employee Relations, Change Management, Work Health and Safety, HR Systems and Reporting, People Strategy, Property and Security.
The People Adviser, Recruitment will play an integral role in delivering recruitment services. The People Adviser will provide detailed interpretive advice on recruitment activities in accordance with legislation, policies and procedures.
- A merit pool will be created and may be used to fill similar ongoing and non-ongoing vacancies._
**Mandatory Qualifications and/or Experience**
- Qualification in HR or relevant experience.
**Eligibility and Specific Conditions of Employment**
- Australian citizenship.
- Character clearance (police records check).
- Health clearance.
- Six months probationary period for new engagements.
