**Your new company**
This small government agency connects Australian’s with the nations memory, identity and history. The People and Culture team are looking to fill a recruitment coordinator vacancy on temporary or permanent basis.

**Your new role**
As the Recruitment Coordinator you will work as part of a small team responsible for delivering high quality client services across the agency. You will support managers and staff by providing sound recruitment and HR advice, as well as guidance on best practice recruitment process.

To succeed in this role, you will have a professional manner, strong client focus and highly developed organisational skills as well as attention to detail. You will have worked successfully in a small team where you can prioritise your own work to meet demands.

**What you'll need to succeed**
To succeed in this role, you will be a high-performing individual with demonstrated recruitment experience ideally within a public sector environment. Working under limited direction the main duties of the role are to:

- Manage the recruitment functions of the agency, including advertising of positions, providing support and advice to managers and selection panels and coordinating outcomes for selection processes.
- Provide administrative support for our electronic recruitment system, including the set up of new user accounts, troubleshooting access issues and conducting searches of our Temporary Employment Register.
- Experience working with HR systems such as Acendre, eRecruit and/or Aurion
- Develop procedures, guidelines, policies and provide advice on recruitment matters that reflect best practice in recruitment and selection.
- Complete recruitment projects and tasks as requested.
- Coordinate recruitment tasks undertaken by the HR Support Officer.
