**Key Role Details**:
- **Type of Employment**: Full-time or Part-time (minimum 3 days) & Permanent
- **Location**: Flexible within Brisbane (Logan, Bayside, Ipswich, or Gold Coast areas preferred) with a hybrid work model
- **Caseload**: Diverse, involving high-quality support in home or community settings (schools, group homes)
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop personalised, evidence-based positive behaviour support plans aligned with clients' goals and NDIS plans
- Conduct functional assessments in various environments
- Provide therapeutic interventions for emotional regulation, challenging behaviours, and social skills enhancement
- Flexibility for home-based reporting and administrative tasks
- **Qualifications**: Tertiary education in a relevant human services discipline
- **Registration**: Core registration with the NDIS Commission
- **Experience**: Minimum 6 months in positive behaviour support
- **Characteristics**: Passionate, fun-loving, and committed to meaningful client outcomes
