If you're currently studying for a Certificate III, already hold a Certificate III, or possess equivalent tertiary education - and you're all about making a positive impact on someone's life, we want you on our team.

Our main goal when providing supports is we pair our clients with SW’s that they are capable of building long term, meaningful relationships with.

This means 99% of our shifts are a part of a permanent roster that mirrors week by week, giving you set shifts that create a better work life balance.
- **Support Worker - Mental Health + Personal Care Focus**_

We are seeking experienced workers that are passionate about supporting participants with aspects of their daily lives, encouraging meaningful connections and accessing the community.
- What we're looking for:_
- **Mental health experience is essential** - We need team members who understand the complexities of mental health support and can confidently provide high-quality, person-centred care.
- **Capability to assist with personal care and manual handling** - A hands-on approach is crucial to meeting the diverse needs of our participants.
- **Flexibility with availability** - We require a minimum commitment of at least 20 hours per week, including the ability to work across a range of shifts as needed.

Induction and ongoing training will be provided, including the opportunity to learn directly from allied health professionals who support our participants.

**Criteria**:

- Certificate III in individual support
- Mental health experience
- Manual Handling Certificate + Experience in using hoist
- Personal Care training and experience
- First aid and CPR
- All relevant clearances including NDISWC and Working with Children’s Check
- Ability to commit to a **minimum** of 20 hours per week
- Availability across at least 4 days per week
- Experience working with challenging behaviours

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
