We’re currently seeking compassionate and reliable **Female Disability Support Workers** to support clients and their families in their daily lives. This is a perfect opportunity for **university students** (especially those studying education, psychology, allied health, or social work) who are passionate about working with children and want flexible hours to fit around their studies.

This role includes engagement in fun and developmental activities, and community access.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Current Working with Children Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current National Police Clearance (or willing to obtain one)
- First aid and CPR (or willing to obtain one)
- Roadworthy and reliable car
- Unrestricted Australian Driver’s License

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with daily routines and personal care
- Support with activities such as play, learning, and skill-building
- Provide emotional support and encouragement
- Promote independence and positive behaviours
- Accompany clients to appointments, recreational activities, or outings
- Maintain clear documentation and communication with the support team and family
- Currently studying at university (e.g., Education, Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Nursing, Social Work) and or Certificate 3 in individual support or disability.
- Experience working with or caring for children (formal or informal)
- Understanding of child development and disability support
- Warm, patient, and responsible
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable and committed to building trusted relationships
