We're looking for kind, reliable, and dedicated Disability Support Workers to join our growing team. If you're studying or have completed a Certificate III (or equivalent) and you're passionate about empowering others, we'd love to meet you.

We don't just fill shifts – we thoughtfully match our workers and participants to build long-term, meaningful relationships. That's why most of our shifts run on a stable, repeating roster that gives you consistency, routine, and a healthier work-life balance.

The Role: Support Worker

Every day, you'll make a difference by:

  • Supporting participants with their daily routines and personal care
  • Safely assisting with manual handling, hoist transfers, and medication administration
  • Encouraging independence, community access, and social connection
  • Building relationships that go beyond "care" – creating trust, respect, and joy

What We're Looking For

We're after team members who:

  • Bring warmth, patience, and understanding to their work
  • Can provide safe, person-centred care with confidence
  • Are flexible and committed (minimum 25 hours per week across 4+ days)
  • Have experience supporting people with complex needs or challenging behaviours

Essential Criteria

  • A genuine passion for helping others
  • A reliable vehicle and Comprehensive Car Insurance
  • At least 6 months of experience in disability support
  • Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)
  • Manual Handling Certificate + hoist experience
  • Medication Training (competency in safe medication administration)
  • Personal Care training and hands-on experience
  • First Aid & CPR certification
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check + Working with Children Check
  • Experience supporting participants with complex or challenging behaviours
