**The Role**:
The Community Engagement Lead plays a pivotal role in driving the organisation’s growth by fostering relationships, securing referrals, and ensuring a seamless client onboarding experience. This role focuses on strategic growth planning, building networks and partnerships, organising engagement events, and managing the end-to-end process of transitioning new clients into services.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive growth in NDIS and aged care services, track KPIs, and maintain data in CRM.
- Develop a deep understanding of our services, value proposition, and target market.
- Build and maintain relationships with referral partners, hospitals, and allied health providers, leveraging existing networks to generate referrals.
- Plan and host networking events to promote services and enhance brand visibility.
- Manage inquiries, assess client needs, coordinate sign-ups, and ensure smooth handovers to case managers.
- Utilise systems to track leads, manage client data, and streamline referral processes.
- Collaborate internally with stakeholders to align staffing with service demand, participate in hiring, and conduct workforce inductions.
- Monitor progress, ensure quick turnaround for client onboarding, and provide reports on growth activities.
- Ensure internal teams are informed about growth strategies, products, and services.
- Maintain adherence to organisational policies, service standards, and quality benchmarks.
- Identify and seize new business opportunities, including potential expansion locations, industry trends, and strategic partnerships.
- Represent United for Care at expos and industry events to promote our mission and services.
**Skills & Experience**:
- Experience within Intake/Triage is highly desirable
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development within a service industry, preferably within the In-Home Care or Community space.
- In-depth knowledge of the NDIS Scheme, Aged Care Government Packages as well as Aged and Disability Services.
- A hunger for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while positively impacting lives.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Possession of a valid Driver's License and access to your own vehicle.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business or Marketing are highly desirable.
