The key aspects of your role will involve**:

- Proactively plan, manage and coordinate resources to site product projects and ensure NPD and product changes are delivered on time in full
- Manage the end-to-end NPD and/or product changes process specification program
- Be the site NPD/product change liaison for the manufacturing team to manage all site level trials
- Coordinate and direct the NPD/Product change projects through cross functional site teams
- Brief and support site team in areas of NPD and product changes including the liquid, packaging, planning and raw materials
- Build, govern and deliver NPD plans for site ensuring we have aligned supply and demand plans to deliver on time

**About You**

You are innovative and passionate about new product development, and love working with people to achieve desired project results. Prior FMCG sector experience and project management experience will contribute to your success in this role.

Additionally, you will:

- Hold a Bachelor of Management, Food Technology, Science, Engineering or a related discipline
- Be a GFSI qualified (ie SQF practitioner BRC auditor etc) with intimate knowledge of current GFSI standards (ie SQF, BRC, FSSC 22000)
- Have previously worked in a Quality role within FMCG
- Possess strong skills working within project management tools including Microsoft Project
- Hold strong communications skills with the ability to build and maintain solid working relationships
- Have well-developed change management skills
- Possess solid knowledge of business operations including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Safe Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Have intimate knowledge of ISO and HACCP principles
