**Overview**
This company is growing rapidly and has an incredible opportunity for an Assistant Brand Manager to join their exciting team. This role will support company expansion and exciting prospects for their exclusive brands, all based at our Support Centre in the Eastern suburbs.

As the Assistant Brand Manager, you'll collaborate closely with our forward-thinking Senior Innovation and Brand Manager. Together, you will shape, manage, and execute brand strategies across our Exclusive Brands portfolio. This role focuses solely on New Products, making it a fire opportunity for those with expertise in this area. If you have experience in Marketing, particularly in FMCG, Beauty, or Electronics, consider it a bonus

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive and execute the NPD pipeline, from product briefs to packaging sourcing, artwork development, and delivery management.
- Contribute to strategic brand plans across all marketing channels.
- Assist in developing and implementing trade promotional calendars.
- Analyse reports, competitors, and trends to provide valuable insights.
- Manage end-to-end portfolio, including website, training modules, planogram updates, and SKU data maintenance.
- Coordinate product samples for impactful photoshoots, influencers, sponsorships, and competitions.

**Requirements**:

- Holds a tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in Marketing or New Product Development (NPD).
- Demonstrates a strong background in brand management, successful end-to-end delivery of NPD projects, and proficient project management skills.
- Previous experience in the Beauty, FMCG, or consumer goods sectors is highly valued.
- Proficient in utilizing essential tools like MS Office, including PowerPoint and Excel.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Possesses strong analytical skills for data interpretation, problem-solving, and providing valuable recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver engaging presentations.
