Your role We’re looking for an experienced and proactive NPD & Insights Manager to join our Dulux Powders, Industrial & Automotive (PIA) team. In this newly created role, you’ll lead and manage innovation and new product development processes that bring market growth and business success to life. You’ll own the Stage & Gate process, support pipeline development, and manage key innovation projects from concept to launch. Acting as a connector across functions, you’ll work closely with Brand, R&D, Sales, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to deliver robust 3-to-5-year innovation plans. This is a process-driven, project-focused role — where you’ll drive collaboration, consistency, and capability uplift across the business. Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage the Stage & Gate process for new product development across Powders, Industrial & Automotive categories. - Coordinate portfolio reviews, project updates, and innovation funnels to deliver commercially robust 3-to-5-year plans. - Develop and maintain NPD tools, systems, and training programs to ensure consistency and efficiency. - Support and uplift project management capability across teams through structure, coaching, and process leadership. - Collaborate with insights, brand, and R&D teams to inform decision-making and drive sustainable innovation outcomes.
