Assistant Venue Manager

As Assistant Venue Manager, you’ll work closely with the Venue Manager to ensure smooth service, support the team, and deliver a standout guest experience
**Key duties**:
- Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team
- Maintain high service standards and resolve issues
- Assist with opening/closing, ordering, and rostering
- Communicate clearly across all areas of the venue
**About You**
- Minimum 1 year in a similar leadership role
- Confident, calm, and professional under pressure
- Excellent customer service and team leadership skills
- Current RSA and full availability across a 7-day roster
- Organised, reliable, and passionate about hospitality
- Brings a creative, solutions-driven mindset and thrives in a venue that evolves and innovates

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

**Experience**:
