**Your Role**

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to join our new Dulux Trade Centre Store opening in Shellharbour, NSW. If you are energetic, driven, have a strong work ethic and a passion for people then this role is for you. The ability to work Monday - Friday and rostered Saturday mornings essential.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop strong working relationships with depot/agencies
- Ensure high levels of customer service are maintained
- Cash handling / EFTPOS
- Accurately mix and tint paint
- Assist in maintaining stock levels

**Skills & Experience**

You enjoy working with people, have great communication skills and are passionate about helping others. We do require you to regularly lift paint tins that weigh up to 25kgs so being physically fit is essential.

We will provide product and on the job training, so we are looking for people that are willing to learn, develop and provide excellent service to our passionate customer base.
