**Description**:
The Installation & Maintenance Assistant is responsible for servicing and maintaining equipment and portable buildings.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Preparation of portable buildings and toilets including but not limited to;
- Assisting with cleaning of assets to ensure that they are ready for hire
- Basic maintenance of assets to ensure that they are ready for hire
- Clean and load furniture and accessories
- Complete accessories electrical test and tag
- Ensure that electrical testing has been completed of buildings prior to delivery
- Delivery and swap of appliances
- Attend to repairs, both on sites and workshop
- Ensure Occupational Health and Safety requirements are met and demonstrate strong communication and leadership in this area
- In conjunction with the Branch/Service Manager monitor reliability and equipment readiness for hire at branch level
- Monitor customer damage and liaise to ensure revenue is captured
- Maintain sound working relationships with key suppliers
- Ensure Onsite’s policies are adhered to and implemented in a timely and efficient manner
- Investigate incidents (in conjunction with other relevant personnel) in a timely manner and recommend relevant improvements.

Desired Skills and Experience

Current driver’s license
- Forklift, EWP or OHS cards/licences not essential but are highly regarded
