**The role**:

- Performing repairs and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems to minimise downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
- You will be responsible for routine maintenance and inspections of machinery, equipment, and production lines to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.
- Ensuring production equipment is operational. Checking for any equipment issues on the previous night's shifts.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks and record maintenance activities.
- Responding to equipment breakdowns and restoring operations.
- Assisting in the installation, commissioning, and decommissioning of machinery and equipment.
- Following safety protocols and ensuring compliance
- Monitoring spare parts inventory and submitting requests for replacements as needed.

**About you**:

- Trade qualification as a Maintenance Fitter / Technician
- Knowledge of mechanical systems.
- Knowledge of pneumatic and electrical systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot, problem-solving, diagnose and resolve equipment issues.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintenance.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to safety
- Electrical D License would be an advantage.

**On Offer**:
Permanent day shift role. 7.00am to 15.30pm Mon to Thu, 7.00am to 13.00 Fri. $50 p/hr + Super
