Organisational Development Consultant

**About the role**

An exciting opportunity is available as an Organisational Development (OD) Consultant to create an engaging and high-performing culture within the People, Learning and Culture Team. You can use your creativity and knowledge to design and implement OD programs that positively impact our people across many sites Australia-wide.

**About you**
- Applied experience in Human Resources fields such as organisational development, employee experience, inclusion & diversity; and /or human centred design
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related discipline such as organisational psychology.
- Change management and project co-ordination skills with the ability to forward plan and prioritise deliverables effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience writing company wide and senior leader comms, and creating presentation packs for internal and external meetings and events.
- Demonstrated experience in translating research and data into trends and usable insights.
- Ability to design, develop and deliver training solutions to a diverse workforce (including staff with language, literacy and numeracy considerations).
