Service Designer required for Digital projects for 6 months in large educational institution. WFH Hybrid role.

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Service Designer to join a large educational institution based in Sydney CBD.

**Your new role**

***:

- You will conduct and synthesise user research and co-design sessions to understand staff service experiences to enable them to work efficiently in a digital and hybrid work environment.
- Leverage existing user research, as well as conducting new research.
- Produce staff personas, journey maps/service blueprints, prototyped concepts or wireframes, metrics for improving staff experience, recommendations reports and if possible test plans, interaction models, user task flows, UI specifications and other artefacts.
- Direct stakeholders ensuring correct utilisation of research and design outputs for successful project outcomes.
- Work in collaboration with accessibility, inclusion and diversity specialists and stakeholders to ensure solutions are accessible and inclusive.

**What you'll need to succeed**

- Experience in providing user-centred design expertise in a large, complex organisation.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, teamwork and customer service skills.
- Excellent collaborator with demonstrable experience in negotiating strategic outcomes with senior colleagues and other teams where the outcome impacts areas outside own formal authority. Able to work with a considerable degree of autonomy.
