UGL Utilities team are seeking an experienced
**Project Ad**
**ministrator **to join us in our team in the
**Brisbane Office.**

The
**Project Administrator** role will provide administration and documentation support for the project as required, in this role you will be working with our Power and Transmission sites in North Queensland. The position will be based on a Monday to Friday roster, with the ability to work from one day a week.

UGL’S Utilities team designs, constructs and maintains critical infrastructure across the water and power sectors. Ranging from wastewater treatment plants to power stations. We design and construct the following assets; power generation, transmission lines, substations, electrical distribution networks, water and waste water treatment plans and water pipelines.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-level administrative support by coordinating correspondence, preparing reports and handling information requests
- Timely and accurate preparation and submission of expense claims on behalf of site staff.
- Assist in managing rosters, including data entry and record checking
- SAP input and maintenance of purchase orders, including goods receipt, journals and queries
- Assist with collecting and collating timesheet information.
- Provide site office support, accurate data entry, filing and daily diary management.
- Purchase of materials, equipment and consumables including co-ordination of delivery to site
- Maintain systems and procedures for contractual requirements
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, employees and public, both internal and external, ensuring positive interaction

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar administration role
- Intermediate / Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to collaborate as part of a supportive high-performing team
- Demonstrated ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands, handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously, set and meet deadlines and follow-through within a fast-paced environment with multiple and competing demands
- Ability to communicate both orally and in writing
- Any experience in SAP will be highly regarded for the role.
