**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**

With your exceptional ability to develop and drive memorable client experiences. You will be instrumental in:

- Curate, organise and deliver outstanding client experiences in boutique, in partnership with Sales Associates and Client teams,
- Provide recommendations and personal services,
- Assistance with Boutique projects,
- Prompt and positive action on client complaints, questions, concernes and suggestions as needed,
- Compliance to Client Service standards of the Maison.

**HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?**

- 1-3 years previous experience in retail, hospitality or service related roles
- Excellent communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
- A strong work ethic and a passion to deliver high excellence in customer service
- Well organized with a high level of detail orientation
- Well-developed problem solving skills with the ability to follow through and provide solutions

- If you are successful through the phone interview, you will be invited to attend an interview with our Boutique Director and Retail Area Manager to assess your fit for the role. In return, we will also share insights on our team dynamics and our company culture.
- Finally, you will then have the opportunity to meet our Commercial Director who can share our overall vision and plans for the future.
