**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**

With your exceptional ability to develop and drive stock accuracy and integrity. You will be instrumental in:

- Providing a unique and exceptional after sales support through handling and responding to all client requests in a timely manner,
- Management of repair orders and client information,
- Monitoring of stock and inventory,
- Compliance to Client Service standards of the Maison,
- Work closely with Sales Associates and other various stakeholders.

- 1-3 years previous experience in retail, hospitality or service related roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A strong work ethic and a passion to deliver excellence in customer service
- Well organized with a high level of accuracy
- Well-developed problem solving skills with the ability to follow through and provide solutions
- Proven ability to manage and diffuse difficult situations
- Strong command of IT systems, SAP Knowledge
