- Ensure smooth, bespoke experiences for every boutique client
- Identify and execute client development plans and strategy
- Partner with various stakeholders to develop unique programs and activations to connect and engage new and existing clients
- Promote and leverage client experience tools and resources
- Manage partnership with various third-party and internal stakeholders to contribute to overall client experience at every touchpoint
- Compliance to Client Service standards of the Maison.
