**A Day in the Life...**

Promote the continuous improvement of both the product and internal team environment using key agile principles and Scrum ceremonies.

Ensure the Business and Development teams are working harmoniously by advocating transparency and collaboration.

Assist the Product Owner and development team in conducting and optimising the release pipeline by organising features into regular sprints

Educate the organisation and drive organisational change.

Find ways to introduce new ideas and initiate change to engage stakeholders.

**About you**

You are a Scrum Master / Iteration Manager looking to further develop, learn and grow, with hands-on experience guiding digital/software teams in Agile techniques and methodologies (eg. Scrum, XP, Lean, Kanban LeSS, SAFe).

Your style will be to engage with your team and wider associates so they want to come on the Agile transformation journey, and adapt your approach to the agile maturity of the different teams.

You have the ability to work onsite with clients using Agile methodologies to drive teams towards innovative solutions that satisfy business needs.

At times, you may be required to work in different locations, either temporarily or permanently, to fulfil the needs of your role.
