HSD are a Microsoft Partner and experts in Microsoft Enterprise Applications delivery. We support Government and Corporate clients through the development and integration of bespoke software solutions. We are seeking a Scrum Master to work at the helm of a Delivery Team and enable them to best build an innovative new corporate solution in a fast, sustainable and effective manner.
- Use metrics effectively to improve quality and performance and coach the team to achieve it.
- Organise and facilitate the regular scrum team ceremonies e.g. daily stand-ups, refinement, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives and other related ceremonies. Be adept at ensuring these are effective and self-managed.
- Protect the team from outside distractions and interferences so that they can remain focused on the sprint goals.
- Working closely with the team and other scrum masters to understand progress, dependencies, impediments to help achieve great client and team outcomes. Key contact point for a wide variety of stakeholders across different levels.
- Work with the product owner and the team to ensure that features and stories are ready.

To be successful in this role you will be an experienced Scrum Master with experience gained in software development environments and an expert knowledge of Agile practices. A true team player and motivated leader, you will also possess exceptional customer management, communication and organisational skills.
