**The opportunity**

Our Agile Practice is expanding and as such, we are seeking multiple, career oriented and passionate, experienced Scrum Masters / Iteration Managers to join our Agile Practice team on a contract basis of varying lengths: 3 - 12months.

**What will I be doing?**

You will be given the opportunity to work across various clients and industries, but a typical assignment may include:

- Support the team to meet stakeholder expectations via facilitating daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings, and guide them on self-organising to fully realise the potential of Agile/Scrum frameworks.
- Assess the Scrum Maturity of the team and organisation and coach the team to higher levels of maturity, at a sustainable pace.

**What attributes are we looking for?**
- Significant IT / Technology Scrum Master experience in enterprise scale projects with either Business Analysis or Project Management experience
- Strong experience in Agile environments
- Exceptional communication skills
- A formal Scrum qualification and Project Management or Business Analysis qualifications
- Experience working on a broad range of projects with major businesses in different domains; financial services, government, professional services, retail, industrial, supply chain
- You thrive in a constantly changing and dynamic work environments
- Excellent people and stakeholder management skills
