**Role: Scrum Master**

**Location: Melbourne**

**Position: Permanent (Full-time)**
- Strong experience as a Scrum master’s in software development projects
- Scrum Master having experience on service integration and management (SIAM) and/ or ITSM (Plus)
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement).
- Implement Agile best practices for the platform development team.
- Facilitate and conduct scrum ceremonies.
- Experience in JIRA will be added advantage.
- Sprint planning in collaboration with the product owners and development leads.
- Team governance and reporting Burn down charts & Sprint Velocity.
- Remove impediments and coach the scrum team, external stakeholder management.
- Understand the business priorities and drive the team/services/features to Production by resolving/tracking the inter-dependencies (in a complex world of service-oriented architecture).
- Solve problems and understand relevance to the wider objective (Vision of the product).
- Hold ownership of end-to-end processes.
- Implement solutions to prevent repetition of known issues/ risks and share knowledge of lessons learned.
- Release management for the products.
- Participate in Post Release Reviews to ensure all lessons learnt are documented and incorporated in future releases/projects.
- Strong Agile and Scrum knowledge.
- Experience in implementing scrum teams from the scratch

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $150,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- On call
