**DELIVERING THE GOOD, STRIVING FOR THE GREAT**

**What You’ll Do**:

- Assist with customer onboarding and product configuration.
- Proactively manage customer accounts to ensure a positive experience.
- Collaborate with Sales and Professional Services to deliver customer success.
- Identify opportunities to help customers get more value from our platforms.

**What You Need**:

- Experience supporting or liaising with customers.
- Strong communication skills - written and verbal.
- Confidence using technology and CRM systems.
- Natural curiosity and a passion for problem-solving.
- Ability to multitask and work both independently and in a team.
- A growth mindset and commitment to positive customer outcomes.
- National Police Clearance
- Ability to work from our Perth office
- Preferred availability for 37.5 hours per week
